Bale Wrapper X2How It Works

STEP 1 To start a new row, raise the Quick-start Power Jack into the upward position. This levels out the roller bed and beavertail, preventing the bales from moving which eliminates air pockets between bales. The unwrapped bale at the end acts to brace the row until several bales have been wrapped. Step 1
STEP 2 Lower the Quick-start Power Jack when wrapped bales reach the end of the beavertail. This positions the start of the row against the bracing bale. Step 2
STEP 3 As soon as the beavertail is lowered the X2 will continue to wrap bales consistently using either the automatic or manual cycle. Step 3
STEP 4 The Advanced Tension System stretches the film by 55% as it is applied to the bale. This stretching action keeps the bale tightly enclosed and also bonds to the other layers of film as it is wrapped. Step 4
STEP 5 To end the row, cover the last bale with an end-cap before placing it on the X2. Step 5
STEP 6 The bale is then wrapped normally until the push bar can no longer reach it. Step 6
STEP 7 Extend the push bar and continue wrapping until the last bale is completely covered. Step 7
STEP 8 After cutting the film, place the crossbar into the first locking position and run the cycle. This moves the row halfway down the beavertail. Step 7
STEP 9 Fold out the secondary push-off arms and reposition the crossbar to remove the wrapped bales completely off the beavertail. Step 9
