Balewrapper X2 - Why Wrap?

The race begins between you and bad weather as soon as the hay is cut, trying to get your crop off the field and covered up before it loses its nutrients. Balewrapper X2 is helping more farmers realize the major benefits of feeding high quality hay to their cattle year-round.

Round or square the Balewrapper X2 takes them all. Now, as fast as bales are made they can also be wrapped. Balewrapper X2’s tight film seals the bale inside, keeps the air outside and the nutrients in the bale where they belong.

	Engine Placement Repositioned engine sits below main controls, allowing for easier servicing and putting all controls in on location for easy operation.

	18 Amp Charging System Improved charging system gives you all the power you need and eliminates need for additional alternator when adding the Night working light kit.

	Beavertail The series of heavy-duty rollers gently guide the wrapped bales onto the ground as the balewrapper moves forward wrapping the next bale.
	Steering Keeping your line straight or following a fence line is easy with hydraulic steering that easily directs the wrapper where you want it to go.
	Electic Start The X2 is ready to go when you are with the electric start, eliminating the hassle of the pull-string method.
	Adjustable Bale Saddle The adjustable bale saddle allows you to adjust the Balewrapper X2 to fit a variety of bale sizes easily and efficiently.
	Fold-Away Push Off Arms Hinged arms are always ready for final bale push off without any pins.
	Final Bale Push Off Tube-Line has solved the hassle of the last bale in a row. The patented system allows the last bales to be removed safely and without damage.
	Roller Wheels on Ram Reduced friction allows push ram to move with less wear on the frame
	Roller Bed Locking Lever Switching from round to square is simple by raising and lowering roller bed with over-center lever that locks into position
	Lower Table Height The X2 improves the angle between the ground and the wrapper for a smoother transition without risk of cracking the plastic wrap. Loading bales onto the table is also quicker and simpler because of the reduced height.
	Roll Away Safety Guards The new design cages roll completely out of the operators way and allow rows of wrapped bales to be closer together. The safety cages are interlocked with the automatic cycle. When the cage is open the Tube-Line will not run. (Automatic models only.)
	Remote Control Operation of the Tube-Line is further simplified with the addition of the remote control option, eliminating the need to get off the tractor repeatedly. Steering, start and stop are all controlled from up to 100 feet away.
	Panic Stop The Balewrapper can be shut down quickly from the main panel or with the remote control option from 100 feet away
	Safety Cage Interlock Automatically stops the wrapping cycle for operator safety.
	Set-up and Towing Unlike other wrapping systems, Tube-Line’s adjustable tongue is located opposite the end the bales are wrapped, making moving and repositioning a simple task.
	Roller Bearings on Kingpins The balewrapper’s four wheels put less weight on the hitch and the tapered roller bearings on the King pins eliminate trailer sway, making towing from site to site safe and hassle-free.
	Folding Tongue The unique folding tongue easily folds out of your way during wrapping and is always handy when you are ready to move to the next site.

	Treaded Hoop The treaded hoop gives better traction to the drive wheel providing you with consistent performance.
	Construction Hoop The hoop is a constructed using two rings welded side by side for improved rigidity and more balanced rotation. The double hoop wheels travel on both side of the guide rail ensuring wobble-free wrapping.
	Advanced Tension System The Advanced Tension System provides a consistent 55% stretch on the film allowing the best possible seal.
	Film Overlap Control Tube-line’s hydraulic overlap control allows you to adjust the amount of plastic overlap, you decide just how much protection your bales need.
	Adjustable Cycle Switches The adjustable switches make it easy to set the cycle according to any bale length.

	Hydraulic Drive The Balewrapper moves itself into position without the use of a truck or tractor. This makes starting a new row faster and easier.
	Quick-start Power Jack This new option makes starting a row easier than ever. Raise the hydraulic jack to level the roller bed, preventing air pockets between bales. When three bales are wrapped the jack is released.
	Guide Rollers Keep wrapping even on hilly terrain without worrying about the wrapped bales rolling off the beavertail.
	Night Working Light Your day ends when the job is done, not when it gets dark. Add the night working kit for bright visibility of all the controls on the Balewrapper.
	Twin Wrap Kit Doubling up on film around each bale provides a stronger wrap that is less prone to puncture. The two films bond together as they are wrapped. Less overlap is needed, so bales can be wrapped faster.
	Film Shutdown Switch Improve your automatic cycle by stopping the wrapping action as soon as there is no film left on the spool. This prevents a bale from traveling down the channel without being wrapped when you’re not always watching for it.
